لم يجد المغربي فؤاد بلقاسم ( 35 سنة)، الذي تمت إدانته سنة 2015 في بلجيكا بتهمة الإرهاب إلا الزوج ولو داخل السجن حتى يتفادى الترحيل إلى المغرب بعد قضاء العقوبة الحبسية.
وبحسب وسائل إعلام بلجيكية، فقد تزوج بلقاسم القابع في سجن “هاسليت”، قبل أسابيع قليلة، من أم أبنائه الثلاثة، التي تحمل الجنسية البلجيكية، وذلك من أجل تفادي الترحيل بعد انتهاء مدة المحكومية، حيث إن السلطات كانت قد شرعت في إجراء ات إسقاط الجنسية البلجيكية عنه.
وكان بلقاسم قد حكم عليه سنة 2015 ب 12 عاما سجنا نافذا بتهمة تجنيد الجهاديين وإدارة موقع الكتروني كان يحرض على الإرهاب وتجنيد الإرهابيين.
