– قالت مصادر حزبية ورسمية إن السلطات التونسية منعت يوم الثلاثاء الاجتماعات بكل مقرات حزب النهضة وأغلقت قوات الشرطة مقر اجتماعات جبهة الخلاص وهو ائتلاف المعارضة الرئيسي للرئيس قيس سعيد.

ويوم الاثنين ألقت الشرطة القبض على راشد الغنوشي زعيم النهضة وهو أشد منتقدي الرئيس سعيد.‭‭‭ ‬‬‬
